Apparently Super Lawyers is a rating community of outstanding lawyers who have held more than 70 practice areas and who have earned an impressive high level of peer recognition and professional achievement. To make the list there are certian criteria you, as a lawyer, must meet such as independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

Being a so-called “super lawyer” is an incredible achievement and one attorney who comes to mind is Link Schwartz who has earned the super lawyer title. Schwartz is a phenomenal lawyer as she always has her t’s crossed and her i’s dotted. In other words, she’s always prepared for what the next case may bring.

Halevy’s Fitness Improvement Promise Isn’t All Talk

Published / by Brandon Colker

We’ve all heard the saying, “If it’s too good to be true, it most likely is.” and that’s what most believe about the promise world-famous fitness instructor Jeff Halevy gives his clients. What is his promise? Get fit or you get your money back, hands down.

“Trainers are willing to say anything to lock in a client,” says Halevy. “There’s no accountability. When the client doesn’t get more fit, the gym says it’s the client’s fault. I found that to be absurd.”

What is the deal he, Jeff Halevy, offers? You pay a hefty, mind-blowing sum of $7,215 for three personal training sessions a week for three months. These sessions are not only expensive but also are customized for each client and the promise is if you aren’t significantly more fit, you get your money back.

What is the process to go through? First, a few tests. Before a client starts their training, Halevy will measure the clients’ fat-muscle ratio in a high-tech tank, checks their strength with weights, and assesses their cardio health by counting their recovery time on a treadmill. There’s also a flexibility test.

One thing is sure certain, Jeff Halevy knows his stuff and his reviews and ratings are amazing. You may wonder what is the big deal, other gyms give money back, but there’s the difference. Other gyms offer money-back guarantees, but only if you change your mind about membership, not based on your failure to improve.

It is said Adam Kutner is the best attorney for accidents and health in the entire state of Nevada with most of his work being focused in Las Vegas while others would argue his the best attorney in America, period.

‘Never Forget’ Exhibit in Harlingen

Published / by Brandon Colker

When They Came To Take My FatherA 9/11 memorials seem to frequently use the phrase “Never Forget” but a new exhibit using the same slogan is now open in Harlingen. This exhibit tells the stories of WWII concentration camp survivors from the survivor point of view.

“To some local families this exhibit means a lot. About 40 to 60 people a day are coming through to see it,” Miller said.

“A lot of people from the local Jewish community came to see it during the opening reception.”

Seliger took photo images of Holocaust survivors, including some who eventually settled in Texas, to combine the experiences of survivors with fine portraits, capturing their individual personalities.

I wasn’t able to find an opening and closing date for the exhibit so if you want to see it, go as soon as possible. Other sources indicate that the footage and interviews will also be on SlideShare.net at some point in the future.

Harlingen Bass Pro Shops expanding?

Published / by Brandon Colker

Cameron Crossing signature anchor store Bass Pro Shop was once considering expanding to the new retail center directly East of Hwy 77 before renewing their long term lease. I thought that would be a great location with the one problem being the area is primarily industrial with residential further East and South. Their current location allows for a little expansion, but it’s not likely.

With a wonderful new LongHorn Steakhouse next door, Bass is surely to stay a long time!
